Dakota County Juvenile Curfew Ordinance
(Effective August 1, 1995)
Under 12: Sunday-Thursday 9:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m.
Friday & Saturday 10:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m.
Age 12-14: Sunday-Thursday 10:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m.
Friday & Saturday 11:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m.
Age 15-17: Sunday-Thursday 11:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m.
Friday & Saturday Midnight - 5:00 a.m.
It is unlawful for any juvenile age 17 years and under to be present in any public place within Dakota County between the hours listed above.
