2008 Dakota County Juvenile Prosecution Statistics Released
| [February 25, 2009] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom has released statistics for 2008 involving juvenile prosecutions handled by his Office. In Minnesota, County Attorneys prosecute all crimes committed by juveniles (youth 10-17 years old) that occur in the County including felonies, gross misdemeanors, misdemeanors and some petty misdemeanors.
