Grand Jury Returns Indictment in Murder of Cab Driver
| [January 15, 2010] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Abdirahman Abdiwahab Abdikarim, age 18 of Apple Valley, has been indicted by a Dakota County Grand Jury in connection with the death of a man found in his cab on August 1, 2009. The victim was 41-year-old Michael Allan Palm II, a former Apple Valley resident. |
