Man Sentenced in Apple Valley Murder of Cab Driver
| [January 6, 2011] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Abdirahman Abdiwahab Abdikarim, age 20 of Apple Valley, was sentenced today to 216 months in prison by Judge Erica MacDonald in connection with the death of a man found in his cab on August 1, 2009 in Apple Valley. The victim was 41-year-old Michael Allan Palm Jr. Adbikarim pled guilty on October 4, 2010 to Murder in the Second Degree (while committing felony assault). All other charges have been dismissed. |
