Former Minneapolis Police Officer Pleads Guilty to Dakota County Crimes
| [October 12, 2010] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Timothy Edward Carson, age 29 and formerly of Rosemount, pleaded guilty today to five counts of First Degree Aggravated Robbery and two counts of First Degree Attempted Aggravated Robbery in connection with a series of robberies in the cities of Apple Valley, Eagan and Rosemount from December 16, 2009 through January 5, 2010. Judge Thomas Poch ordered a pre-sentence investigation and scheduled the sentencing hearing for December 14 at 9:00 a.m. in Hastings. |
