Northfield Man Found Guilty of Various Crimes In Attack Upon Vulnerable Adult
[September 19, 2009] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Jonathan Michael Diepold, age 22 of Northfield, was found guilty today by Judge Tim Wermager of two counts of Kidnapping (a felony), one count of Aggravated Robbery (a felony), one count of Assault in the Third Degree (a felony), two counts of False Imprisonment (a felony), and one count of Theft (a gross misdemeanor) in connection with a series of violent crimes committed against a 24-year old vulnerable adult in rural Dakota County last October.
