Charges Filed in Attack Upon a Vulnerable Adult
| [October 15, 2008] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that his Office has filed amended criminal charges* today in connection with a series of violent crimes committed against a 24-year old vulnerable adult in rural Dakota County. Jonathan Michael Diepold, age 21 of Northfield; John Maxwell Maniglia, age 19 of Northfield; Timothy John Ketterling, age 21 of Prior Lake; and Glen Richard Ries, age 33 of Northfield, have now been charged. |
