Eagan Juvenile Charged with Burglaries, Assault and Attempted Criminal Sexual Conduct
| [October 11, 2011] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that he has charged* William Donald Maloney, age 17 of Eagan, in Juvenile Court with two felony counts of Burglary in the First Degree (one involving an assault and the other involving criminal sexual predatory conduct) and one felony count of Attempted Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Second Degree, in connection with his alleged breaking into an occupied home in Eagan and assaulting a 17-year-old female on October 8, 2011. Maloney was also charged with Burglary in the Second Degree (a felony) in connection with a June 20, 2010 break-in of another Eagan home and three counts of Interference With Privacy (a gross misdemeanor), in connection with his alleged peeping through windows of both homes previously mentioned and a third home, all in the city of Eagan. |
