Savage Woman Charged with Killing Burnsville Boy in Crash Found Incompetent to Proceed
[March 21, 2011]  Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Leah Christina Graeber, age 28 of Savage, has been found incompetent to proceed with her defense in the criminal case resulting in charges* of one count of Criminal Vehicular Homicide (a felony), three counts of Criminal Vehicular Operation (two felonies and one gross misdemeanor), and one count of Controlled Substance Crime in the Fifth Degree (a felony) in connection with a crash that occurred on July 18, 2010 in Burnsville which killed 11-year-old Joel Michael Balistreri and injured his parents and sister.
