Burnsville Man Indicted in Rosemount Fatal Shooting
| [August 16, 2010] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced a Dakota County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging* Jonas Gerald Grice, age 27 of Burnsville, with the offenses of Premeditated Murder in the First Degree and Intentional Murder in the Second Degree in connection with the shooting death of Anthony Hartman, age 22 of Apple Valley, which occurred on Monday, July 12th at a Rosemount car wash. |
