Hastings Youth Pleads Guilty in School Lockdown Incident and Receives Sentence
| [July 26, 2010] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that the now 15-year-old boy* from Hastings who was previously petitioned in juvenile court in connection with a Hastings Middle School lockdown incident on April 5, 2010, pleaded guilty today to three counts of Assault in the Second Degree (all felonies) and had his case disposed of under the extended juvenile jurisdiction (EJJ) statute. |
