| [July 1, 2009] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Tylar James Hokanson, age 22 (most recently living with relatives in Northfield), has been charged* with Murder in the Second Degree (unintentional) in connection with the death of his 17-month-old stepson Nicholas Arthur Miller who died on June 23, 2009. |
