Grand Jury Returns Indictment in 2008 Inver Grove Heights Fatal Car Crash
| [January 21, 2010] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Brittany Rose Krueger, age 19 of St. Paul, was indicted* and charged* with the following crimes by a Dakota County Grand Jury in connection with the death of three persons on April 17, 2008, on Highway 52 near 117th Street in Dakota County. The Grand Jury returned an indictment on January 15, 2010 (the indictment was sealed until the defendant’s first court appearance today). |
