Law Professor Sentenced for Failing to File Tax Returns
| [April 15, 2011] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Robin Kimberly Magee, age 48 of St. Paul, was sentenced today to 80 hours community work service, a $300 fine and placed on probation for two years by Ramsey County Judge Salvador Rosas in connection with a February 8th conviction by a Ramsey County Jury to four counts of Failure to File a Tax Return (all gross misdemeanors) pertaining to her failure to file tax returns from 2004-2007. Backstrom said his Office handled the matter on a conflict basis for the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office. |
