South St. Paul Woman Sentenced in Arson Case
| [October 26. 2010] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Susan Mercurio, age 64 of South Saint Paul, has been sentenced to 48 months in prison for Arson in the First Degree (a felony) in connection with a fire started at a South Saint Paul apartment building on May 12, 2010. Mercurio was also fined $80.00 and ordered to pay restitution. Mercurio previously pled guilty to the crime on July 19, 2010. |
