Conditional Release
The Pretrial Repeat DWI Offender Monitoring Program, which is also called Conditional Release, tracks offenders’ compliance with no use of alcohol. Offenders are tested using remote electronic breath analysis equipment at prescribed times each day while they remain in the community pending their next court appearance.
