Intensive Supervised Release
The Intensive Supervised Release (ISR) program provides supervision to offenders who are considered to be the highest risk to public safety as they transition from prison back into communities.  Probation officers meet with offenders at least four times per week in Phase 1, often in offenders’ homes and at places of employment.

ISR offenders are placed on highly structured house arrest and are required to undergo frequent urinalysis testing.  Offenders are on ISR for one year or until their sentences expire, whichever occurs first.
