Drug Court is a comprehensive, family oriented program for offenders with substance abuse issues who are at high risk to re-offend. The Drug Court Team consists of:
- Corrections
- County Attorney's Office
- Public Defender's Office
- School districts
- Treatment providers
- Judge.
Offenders are highly supervised and must successfully complete three phases of programming to graduate.
