Welcome to the artwork of Correctional Deputy Joe Engesser! We are very grateful to Joe for sharing his time and talent in creating these drawings to represent the lighter side of life at the Dakota County Jail.
Joe started drawing Charlie Brown and Snoopy while in grade school. He currently has a drawing on display at the Charles Schulz Museum in Santa Rosa, California.
