Steven Alexander Cross, the man charged by the Dakota County Attorney’s Office with “Neglect of a Child,” has been returned to Minnesota Friday evening from California. According to
Sheriff Dave Bellows, Dakota County deputies flew to San Luis Obispo, California, where Cross was being held after being arrested on the outstanding warrant. Cross waived extradition after his arrest.
Cross will be arraigned on the current charge next week.
