Experience:  

• Serving the Sheriff's Office since 1989, five years as a correctional deputy, 12 years as a correctional sergeant, five years as an administrative correctional sergeant, and currently serving as an administrative correctional lieutenant
• Credited with implementation of the jail and warrant records-keeping system
• Supervises jail support staff and Warrant Division
• Lead Terminal Agency Coordinator (TAC); liaison with Federal Bureau of Investigation and Bureau of Criminal Apprehension regarding security and compliance
• Held past positions as recruiter, field training program coordinator, and performance evaluation system liaison  

• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree at University of Wisconsin-Stout Campus
• Applied Science Degree from Western Wisconsin Technical College at LaCrosse, Wisconsin, in Police Science and Supervisory Management
• Western Technical Colelge, LaCrosse, Wisconsin, majoring in Police Science
