Public Assistance Overpayments Collections
If you have a closed public assistance case and your Financial Worker has sent you a notice of overpayment, your case will be given to Dakota County Collections.
Your case will be assigned a collections caseworker. The worker will contact you about this debt and can set up a repayment plan. You will receive a bill or notice in the mail.
If you have questions, you should call the caseworker.
