Anyone who engages in the sale of intoxicating liquor within Dakota County is required to first obtain a license.
Where to Apply
- To obtain a liquor license for an establishment within the city limits, applications must be submitted to the municipal clerk
- To obtain a liquor license for an establishment outside the city limits, applications must be submitted to Dakota County. Please contact Shari Fink at 651-438-4372.

- On-Sale - $2,925
- Off-Sale - $2,925
- On-Sale and Off-Sale - $3,150
- Sunday On-Sale - $200
