State Solid Waste Policy Report

The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency develops the State Solid Waste Policy Report every two years to update the State Legislature. The report:
- Summarizes the status of solid and hazardous waste management
- Evaluates the effectiveness of current programs in reaching state policies and goals
- Identifies emerging issues and recommended changes
