North-South Corridor Travel Demand Study
The purpose of this study is to develop 2030 traffic forecasts in the north-central portion of Dakota County. While it draws conclusions on the effects of the alternatives, its role to provide a framework and analysis for decision making, but not to make a recommendation on a preferred alternative. Final decisions on recommended alternatives and implementation or funding of those options will be made as part of subsequent studies.
