Work on this project is substantially complete. Thank you for your patience. The
City of Eagan is the lead agency for the construction of this project. Construction began on Monday, June 15.
This project will revise the traffic control at the intersection of County Road 30 (Diffley Road) and Rahn Road in Eagan. A Roundabout will be constructed to replace the all-way stop at this intersection. The project also includes the construction of a trail along the north side of Diffley Road from Rahn Road to Blackhawk Road.
