County Project 64-18

195th Street
The City of Farmington is the lead agency for the construction of future CR 64 (195th Street) from one mile east of CSAH 31 (Pilot Knob Road) to TH 3.

This project will complete the connection of CSAH 31 with TH 3 via 195th Street, which is east west corridor alignment C. The proposed project will build two lanes of the roadway in 2008 and 2009 and dedicate right of way for a future four-lane divided roadway section. The construction project includes a bridge crossing over North Creek (a tributary of the Vermillion River) and the Canadian Pacific Railroad lines. Wetland mitigation and channel rehabilitation of North Creek will be completed to support the bridge crossing. Storm sewer improvements and construction of a 10-foot trail on the north side of the new roadway are also included in the project.

Project Timeline: Scheduled to begin in July 2008. Scheduled to be complete in 2009.

Trunk Highway 3 - Roundabout Project Project Description
