County Road 96 from County Road 23 (Eveleth Avenue) to TH 3 is open to traffic.
The project will reconstruct and pave County Road 96 (320th St W) from County Road 23 to State Highway 3 (Dahomey Ave) in Greenvale and Waterford Townships. This project will construct a two-lane highway with paved shoulders. Railroad crossing improvements are included in this project. Construction began the week of October 19, 2009. The majority of construction will occur in 2010.
