Mental Health Services are provided to Dakota County residents who meet financial and medical eligibility requirements and:
- Have been hospitalized due to a mental illness within the last year
- Have a mental health diagnosis
- Do not have mental health services covered by private health insurance
- Qualify for Medical Assistance
