To request an application for Children’s Mental Health Case Management, call Dakota County Intake at 952-891-7459. An Intake screener will talk with you about your child’s needs and advise you of the application process for voluntary county services.
You may also wish to consult with your school district's special education office for information on assistance paid for by the
Dakota County Collaborative, that also focuses on children's mental health.
