NAMI will present "Anxiety, Stress, and Coping: Helping Young Adults During Transition Time and Finding Ways to Cope with the Changes Ahead” at the following times:
- 10:30-11 a.m.
- 11 a.m.-noon
- 12:30-1 p.m.
- 1:30-2 p.m.
