No cost services include: family planning education, pregnancy testing, birth control options, emergency contraception, sexually transmitted infection screening and treatment, HIV testing and counseling.  Services are offered in a culturally sensitive manner.  None of the services require undressing for a full exam.

Services for single women and low-income families, including prenatal care, labor and delivery, a home visit after delivery, and a two-week mother/baby checkup. Counseling services available with a native Spanish speaker and Amharic and Hmong community health workers.  Financial package available; can help with arrangements for MA and other services.

Offers a full range of medical care for patients 13 years of age and older. No appointments are needed; walk-ins are welcome. Clinic hours are 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, Saturdays by appointment only. Accepts most major health insurance plans. A flexible fee-for-service schedule is also available. Accepts most major credit cards. Somali interpreters available.

  • Child Health Clinic - 952-891-7526 - Provides well exams for infants / children up to 21 years of age. Cost is on a sliding fee scale, available at several locations. Meets requirements for daycare, school and camp physicals. 
  • Immunization Clinics - 952-891-7999 - Provides a range of immunizations for the family. Available at several locations, through either appointments or scheduled walk-in times. Walk-ins are not offered on a daily basis.
  • WIC (Women, Infants and Children) - 952-891-7525 - Serves infants, children less than 5 years of age, and pregnant and nursing women who are at medical risk . Provides nutritious foods, nutritional information, and health, social and financial referrals when necessary. Available in several locations. Serves children birth through high school; primarily children residing in or attending school within the communities of the Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District. The clinic is a walk-in clinic, and no appointment is necessary. Services provided are free. Services include immunizations, athletic physicals, health/education counseling; diagnosis and treatment of minor medical conditions; treatment and/or referral for mental health needs. Hours are Tuesday 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM; 
Thursday 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM.

Clinics will be staffed with nurse practitioners and physician assistants who can give flu shots and treat common illnesses such as strep throat. Most services cost less than $50. Future plans are to accept all local insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.

TAMS clinics provides care for many health needs of young people ages 10 - 22. Offer physical exams, sports physicals, immunizations and illness and injury treatment. TAMS will bill your health insurance provider for services. No one will be refused service due to inability to pay.

This is a family clinic offering primary medical care for patients of all ages.  Information and fees are listed on the web site.  Most visits are $36.  A physician is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the number listed.  House calls are available.  Accepts patients with or without insurance.  Payment is due at the time of visit.

Wakota Life-Care Center 
Provides free pregnancy testing, counseling, and support services for pregnant women. Provides low-cost immunizations, testing for sexually-transmitted infections, well-child care, school physicals, and other low-cost non-emergency health care services.
