The Simple Steps Walking Program is a great way to join friends, family, and coworkers in walking for fun and fitness. Simple Steps can help you discover more energy, reduce stress, and enhance your health.

It’s free and easy
  • Find at least one friend, relative, neighbor or co-worker to walk with at least once each week.
  • Register online.
  • Start walking and enjoy all the benefits it brings. Use the Starter Kit to find walking tips, events and more.
  • Log your minutes to be eligible for monthly drawings for prizes.
