Dakota Healthy Families believes:
  • All parents want the best for their children.
  • All families have strengths.
  • The first three years in a child's life are some of the most important years for developing and learning.
  • All children deserve to grow up in a healthy, safe, loving family setting.

How DHF works:
If you decide to join Dakota Healthy Families, you will have your own home visitor. Your well-trained home visitor may be an early childhood teacher, family support worker, or a social worker. Home visitors work together to help each other find the best resources for each family in their community.
