Human Services Advisory Committee
The Human Services Advisory Committee studies and discusses topics relating to the human service areas that Minnesota counties are responsible for, including social services, public health, and income maintenance. It has most recently made recommendations to the County Board concerning vulnerable adults, domestic violence and child maltreatment, child neglect, and families experiencing homelessness. The committee annually makes recommendations to the County Board regarding the budget for human services.
