If you believe the market value listed for your property is higher than its actual market value, the County invites you to informal, open book meetings. At these meetings, the County reviews the information on your property for accuracy and answer questions about your assessment.
Please bring along supporting information such as appraisals, recent sales, etc. It is not necessary to make an appointment for the open book meeting.
