Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Adam Eugene Berg, age 31 of Farmington, pled guilty late yesterday to one count of Attempted Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Second Degree (a felony) and three counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Fifth Degree (a gross misdemeanor) in connection with at least four attempts of either exposing himself to children or attempting to lure children for purposes of his sexual gratification.
