Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Stanaley NMN Yoeun, age 25 of St. Paul, was sentenced today to 225 months in prison by Judge David Knutson in connection with a shooting of a 28-year-old male at the Cherokee Tavern in West St. Paul on November 16, 2011. Yoeun was convicted by a Dakota County Jury of Attempted Murder in the Second Degree, Assault in the First Degree and Assault in the Second Degree (all felonies) on June 8, 2012.
