- Titles from both branches are listed in the Minnesota State Law Library's online Catalog. Our books and periodicals are listed there with other titles owned by the Minnesota State Law Library, as well as metro-area county law libraries in Washington, Anoka, Goodhue, Scott, and Ramsey counties.
- If "Dakota County Law Library Main Collection" is listed in the LOCATION line of your search results, the item is at the Hastings branch.
- If the LOCATION line includes the words "Apple Valley", the title is located at the Apple Valley branch only.
- If the title is located at both libraries, the LOCATION line will indicate c.1-Main, c.2-Apple Valley.
