Career Sex Offender Pleads Guilty
| 01-07-08 Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Robert Orran Bollet, age 43 of Hayward, Wisconsin, pled guilty late today to Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Second Degree and Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Fourth Degree involving two minor victims. Judge Michael Sovis ordered a pre-sentence investigation and a psychosexual evaluation. Under Minnesota law, as a prior sex offender, Bollett will face two concurrent sentences of life in prison in connection with this case. Sentencing is scheduled for February 29, 2008 at 8:30 a.m. in Hastings. See the attached news release for more information. |
