Shakopee Teachers Aide Charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct of a 16-Year-Old Male Student
| [March 30, 2011] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Michelle Rose Chlan (pronounced Klien), age 26 of Shakopee, has been charged* with three counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Third Degree in connection with allegedly having sexual relations with a then 16-year-old male student. These encounters took place from June of 2009 to July of 2010 in the City of Burnsville. Chlan is a para-professional and met this student through her employment at the school in Shakopee he attended. |
