Prior Lake Police Officer Charged with Various Crimes
| [June 12, 2009] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Michael Alan Ficken, age 34 of Prior Lake, has been charged* with one count each of Misconduct of Public Officer (a gross misdemeanor), Disorderly Conduct, Damage to Property and Assault in the Fifth Degree (all misdemeanors) in connection with an incident at his former girlfriend’s home on June 10th in Prior Lake. The Dakota County Attorney’s Office is handling the case for the Scott County Attorney on a conflict basis. |
