Criminal Vehicular Homicide Charges Filed in Motorcycle Crash on Mendota Bridge
| [April 22, 2010] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Todd Charles Gillis, age 43, formerly of Eagan, has been charged* with one count of Criminal Vehicular Homicide (a felony) related to a motorcycle crash on the Mendota Bridge which occurred on May 23, 2009. |
