High School Teacher/Coach Convicted of Sexual Conduct with Student
| {November 20, 2009] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Melissa Diana Koehn, age 31 from Kenosha, Wisconsin, was convicted tonight by a Dakota County jury of three counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Fourth Degree in connection with sexual contact with a 17-year-old female from August through December of 2008. |
