Eagan Man Charged with Taking Lewd Photos of Children
| [July 22, 2010] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Jason David Kohlwey, age 31 of Eagan, has been charged* with five counts of Invasion of Privacy (two involving minors which are felonies and three involving adults which are gross misdemeanors) and one count of Possession of Pornographic Work Involving a Minor (a felony) in connection with the taking of pictures of juvenile and adult females in bathrooms. Some of these photographs were taken in a school where Kohlwey worked as a custodian at the time (he is no longer working in this capacity). |
