Previously Convicted Sex Offender Sentenced as an Engrained Sex Offender to Two 30-Year Consecutive Sentences
| Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Stephen Michael Michuda, age 35, was sentenced today by Judge Timothy McManus to 60 years in prison in connection with his guilty pleas/convictions for two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the First Degree, involving two minor children. Judge McManus found Michuda to be an engrained sex offender under Minnesota law as requested by the prosecution. See the attached news release for more information. |
