Charges Filed in Burnsville Stabbing Incident
Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Taylor James Pass, age 18 of Eagan, has been charged* with two counts of Attempted Murder in the Second Degree, one count of Assault in the First Degree and two counts of Assault in the Second Degree in connection with a stabbing attack upon two victims which occurred in the city of Burnsville on April 7, 2009.
