Charges Filed Against Lakeville Man for Taking Lewd Photos of Teen
| [July 1, 2010] Dakota County Attorney James C. Backstrom announced that his Office has charged* Sunil Jaigobin Ramlall, age 37 of Lakeville, with Harassment/Stalking of a Minor Victim; Attempted Use of a Minor in a Sexual Performance; Attempted Possession of Pornographic Work Involving a Minor; and two counts of Interference with the Privacy of a Minor. All of these felony-level charges related to a scheme to lure a 16-year-old girl into a photographic “modeling” shoot that occurred at the Dakota County Western Service Center in Apple Valley on November 23, 2009. |
