Lakeville Man Indicted for First Degree Murder
| [July 14, 2008] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced today that Charlie Otto Reynolds, age 31 of Lakeville, has been indicted by a grand jury* on four counts of murder (Murder in the First Degree with premeditation, Murder in the Second Degree with intent to kill, Murder in the Second Degree without intent to kill while committing the felony of First Degree Assault, and Murder in the Second Degree without intent to kill while committing the felony of Second Degree Assault) in connection with the beating death of Joshua Jay Skare, age 33 of Apple Valley, which occurred on March 16th in Lakeville. |
