Burnsville Man Charged with Manslaughter and Other Crimes
| [November 24, 2009] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Michael Cody Schwartz, age 25 of Burnsville, has been charged* with Manslaughter in the Second Degree (a felony); Reckless Discharge of a Firearm in a Municipality (a felony); Reckless Handling or Using of a Gun (a misdemeanor); and Intentionally Pointing a Gun at Another (a misdemeanor), in connection with the shooting death of Logan Daniel Ahlers, age 25 of Burnsville. This shooting death occurred in the early morning hours of Saturday, November 21st at an apartment in Burnsville. |
